Refund Policy

Our refund terms for training programs and services offered by Certiwise.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided for programs and services offered by Certiwise Learning Private Limited ("Certiwise", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in any Certiwise program, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms stated below.

2. Registration Fee

A registration fee is collected at the time of enrollment to secure your seat in the program. - The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. - This applies regardless of whether you attend the program or not.

3. Course Fee - Before Course Starts

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course start date: - Refund requests submitted before the course begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - There is no fixed refund window (such as 7 or 14 days). Each request is evaluated individually. - Approved refunds will be processed minus the non-refundable registration fee. - Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Certiwise management.

4. Course Fee - After Course Starts

Once the course has started, no refund will be provided. - This applies regardless of attendance, personal circumstances, or satisfaction. - Partial refunds for partially attended programs are not available. - If you are unable to continue the program, you may request a batch transfer (subject to availability and approval).

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: - Documented medical emergencies preventing program completion. - Program cancellation by Certiwise (full refund will be provided). - Duplicate payment made in error (full duplicate amount will be refunded). All exceptional requests must be submitted in writing to info@certiwise.in with supporting documentation. Final decision rests with Certiwise management.

6. Batch Transfer

If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may request a transfer to a future batch: - Batch transfers are subject to availability and management approval. - Only one batch transfer is allowed per enrollment. - No additional fees are charged for the first transfer. Subsequent transfers (if permitted) may incur an administrative fee.

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved: - Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval. - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment. - Certiwise is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: - Registration fee - Course materials already provided (physical or digital) - Certificate issuance fees (if applicable) - Any promotional discounts or scholarship amounts already applied
