Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Certiwise program or using our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website certiwise.in and all services provided by Certiwise Learning Private Limited ("Certiwise", "we", "us", or "our"), including training programs, internships, bootcamps, and AI-powered tools. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our programs are open to students, graduates, and working professionals. By enrolling, you confirm that: - You are at least 16 years of age. - The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. - You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Certiwise reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.
3. Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment in any Certiwise program requires payment of applicable fees as communicated at the time of registration. - All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before or during the program. - A registration fee is collected at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. - Fee structures are subject to change. The fee applicable at the time of your enrollment will remain valid for your batch. - Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other mode communicated by our team.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for complete details on refunds and cancellations. Key points: - The registration fee is non-refundable. - No refund will be provided once the course has started. - Refund requests, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
5. Program Delivery
Certiwise provides training through in-person sessions at our Mohali campus and, where applicable, through online modes. - Program schedules, batch timings, and curriculum are determined by Certiwise and may be updated from time to time. - Certiwise reserves the right to reschedule batches, change instructors, or modify course content for quality improvement. - Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and follow the institute's code of conduct.
6. Certificates
Upon successful completion of a program, Certiwise issues a certificate of completion. - Certificates are issued only to students who meet the attendance and project submission requirements. - Certificates are the property of Certiwise and may not be altered, duplicated, or misrepresented. - Certiwise certificates acknowledge training completion and are not equivalent to academic degrees.
7. Placement Support
Certiwise provides placement assistance including resume guidance, mock interviews, and job referrals. However: - Placement support does not guarantee employment. - Certiwise is not responsible for hiring decisions made by third-party companies. - Students must actively participate in the placement process and meet the eligibility criteria set by hiring partners.
8. Falkora AI Counselor
Certiwise provides access to Falkora, an AI-powered career counseling tool, on its website. - Falkora provides guidance based on the information you share and Certiwise's program data. It is not a substitute for professional career advice. - AI-generated responses are informational and should not be treated as guarantees of outcomes, placements, or career success. - Certiwise is not liable for decisions made based solely on Falkora's recommendations. - Conversations with Falkora may be stored temporarily for session continuity and service improvement. - Falkora does not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily share it during conversation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Certiwise website and within our programs, including course materials, videos, documents, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Certiwise or its licensors. - You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Certiwise content without written permission. - Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning purposes only.
10. Code of Conduct
Students enrolled in Certiwise programs are expected to: - Maintain respectful behaviour toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. - Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty. - Not share, distribute, or resell course materials. - Not misuse institute resources or infrastructure. Violation of these rules may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Certiwise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. - Certiwise does not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary levels, or job placements. - Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific program.
12. Termination
Certiwise reserves the right to terminate or suspend your enrollment if: - You violate these Terms or the code of conduct. - You provide false information during registration. - You engage in behaviour that disrupts the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
